A government judge on Wednesday night hindered a Texas law that would permit any state occupant restricted from an online media stage for their political perspectives to sue the companies.
The fundamental directive came one day under the watchful eye of the law was booked to take effect.
The choice is a hit to Texas officials who claimed Facebook, Twitter and Google's YouTube control conservative perspectives. The state law was spurred to some extent by the online media suspensions of previous President Donald Trump after the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol.
